The Process

From Flat Sheet to Custom Support

Low-temperature thermoplastic (PCL) softens when heated, allowing it to be molded directly to the patient's limb. As it cools, the material hardens into a rigid support structure. The process is repeatable — reheat to adjust the fit as the patient recovers.
